1966:
Gérard DELPECH moved to the Lot to carry out the wood sweeping.

1977:
A visionary, he actively participated in the creation of SYNASAV, the National Union of Maintenance and Energy Efficiency Services, which brings together and leads the network of maintenance professionals. Gérard DELPECH becomes a pioneer in the field of service in the Lot and offers its customers the first maintenance contracts based on AFNOR for the maintenance of gas and oil boilers. The small artisanal business is growing and is already hiring its first assembly technicians.

1998:
Fanny DELPECH joins the family business which now has 14 employees.

2004:
SARL DELPECH participates in the creation of the 1st AXENERGIE cooperative network bringing together in 2018, around a hundred local craft businesses at the time of the opening of the energy markets.

2014:
In order to meet customer demand and provide local service, an agency is open in the Tarn et Garonne in Caussade.

Fanny PARRE is the sole manager of the family business, which has nearly 17 employees.

2017:
Now solid and structured and with more than 50 years of experience and 21 employees, the family business is developing its activities in the housing sector by integrating a new profession: the construction of personalized swimming pools, renovation, '' equipping and maintaining existing basins. In a concern of permanent research of excellence, Fanny PARRE chooses the CARRE BLEU network present on the market since 1972, specialized in the construction of buried swimming pools in traditional masonry, entirely personalized as well as in the installation of spaces of well-being. (spas, saunas, hammams) ..

A new commercial building, in a cozy and refined style, was created to accommodate the swimming pool center.
